Disney World Savings Guide 2010

Hey, George again, I am back to finish my story about how me and my wife managed to get our children to cheap disney vacations! You remember how we had tried everything we could to reduce the cost of our family vacations but didn’t seem able to find any proper way to do it? Well, it’s funny how some times you find something when you don’t expect to. I was just surfing the web, the thought of disney vacations had almost start to vanish from my mind for that time being, and just looking around I found a youtube video (this one if you want to check it out yourself) about a woman that was working in disney world and had written the coolest guide, click here to check it out,  on how you can have cheap disney world vacations by saving literally almost 40% of your initial cost! For a moment there I froze and then sighed with relief. I felt that family the so long wanted family disney vacations were close… I didn’t immediately tell me wife though. I wanted to make sure that the guide would indeed be delivering what it was supposed to be. I almost wasted no time and got it, so I started checking it out.

By the time I reached the 15th page I knew it was the one. I then had to show it to my wife. Guys you just can’t imagine how thrilled she was! And again it was so funny because just when we had almost abandonned our efforts, there it was, like manna from the sky!

We read it back to back, and starting organizing our disney vacations exactly the way it was indicated. And we kept it as the best surprise for our children until everything was ready to the last detail! Until one day, we woke them up with the big news!! They were cheering soooo loud that our neighbours were wondering what happened! Needless to say they later also got a copy of the guide ;)

Finally the dream had come true! Disney time had come and it was absolutely great! Not only our children had the time of their lives, but so did me and my wife. Maybe there’s a child inside both of us! And the best was that we indeed spend what the guide indicated!!

Give or less $2,750 for a 4 family disney vacations! Thank you Beth!

Family Discount Disney Vacations – What didn’t work for us

Hey again, I am back again updating on how me and my wife tried to face our inability to go on to family disney vacations, due to its cost. As I wrote earlier we estimated a starting cost of $5,000, so we sat down and tried to find some ways to reduce it to something we could perhaps spend, around $2,000-$3,000. We started trying to find alternative ways to get there, cheaper flights, even road trips. Then we expanded the area we were looking for accomodation. No matter what we looked for, cost wouldn’t go below $4,000. Yet we so much wanted to take on our children to family disney vacations… Then it was about time when the economic crisis started having an impact on our daily lives, and the dream of it happening was now even more blurred. If we wanted to satisfy our children and enjoy our family time together, we had to find something revolutionary to go on cheap disney vacations. Don’t laugh at me, I know I make it seem like it was too important, but you know, working every day, hard, not having so much free time to spend with your family and while having the best 2 kids in the world, kinda makes you feel sad for not being able to make it happen. So yeah I can say it was a pretty important situation for me and my wife…

Will I Manage To Take My Children To Cheap Disney Vacations?

Hi, thanks for visiting! The reason I am posting is to share my thoughts with everyone. I am quite happy with my life, I am married, I have 2 beautiful children, god bless them, I have a steady job and a nice house. But you know how it is with children, they are always asking for things. Some you can satisfy, some you cannot! The past 2 years they’ve been asking us to take them to disney world. Everytime they did so, i was feeling so sad, for not being able to grant their wish… Truth is I wanted to go there too with my family. I knew we’d have a perfect family time. I once calculated how much we are expected to spend and it was more than $5,000! Sure that might not seem that much to some of you, but it was way above what me and my wife could spend… I just kept thinking will I ever take my children on to cheap disney vacations without missing any fun?
